What is AisleGo?

AisleGo is the world’s first Wedding Experience Booking Engine and Payment Gateway for couples booking their destination wedding and Venues listing their packages. We provide a personalized booking experience for couples to procure an All Inclusive Wedding Experience through our user-friendly app.

When were you guys founded?

AisleGo is a division of EventRoostr, a full service wedding and special events firm and was founded in 2016 as an inventory management software startup. In 2017, we operated as an events firm specializing in venue management. By 2018, we were operating 2 venues simultaneously. We decided to grow the brand to include all-inclusive wedding packages using the Falls Banquet as a proof of concept.

When is the launch date?

We’ve already launched our MVP into the NYC/NJ/PA markets and generated over $800k in revenue for 2023.

Our founder and management team has unique experience in operating a 5 star Award Winning wedding venue, the Falls Banquet by EventRoostr, for the last five years. As a venue operator, the AisleGo team has developed exceptional insight into the challenges and opportunities facing high performing wedding professionals. Armed with this expertise, our background in tech and marketing creates unique solutions to industry needs to better service our couples.

How are you different from your competitors in the wedding/event space? (WeddingWire, The Knot, Here Comes The Guide, etc.)

While other legacy apps mainly focus on providing couples a simple directory of vendors, we believe there is an entire untapped market in our competitors’ blind spot. XO Group, who owns 2 of the largest wedding planning apps in the market (WeddingWire & The Knot), has stated 91% of planning is being done online. AisleGo doesn’t just provide couples with wedding planning tools they’re already familiar with, but also empowers them to easily book vendor services once the planning stage is over.

Is AisleGo only for weddings?

AisleGo specializes in experience based bookings for the wedding and special events industry. Couples looking to book bridal showers, honeymoons, bach events, and engagement parties can source their entertainment, decor, catering, photography, etc. needs.and 

What fees do you charge?

AisleGo charges a range of vendor subscription fees from $50 – $1,250/mo. For venues specifically, we collect a 10% commission on their services. There is a flat $5 ACH processing fee and a standard 2.9% + $.30 card merchant processing fee for all vendors. Lastly, consumers pay a 3% service fee for any booking on AisleGo.
