About Us
Built in 1912 the restored 8,000 sqft. landmark building stays true to the architectural and historical character of the DUMBO Historic District. Featuring its original brick walls, towering wooden doors and high ceilings, this renovated former metal factory is a versatile space for an event. It seats around 250 people, and holds 375 for standing events.
The space can be used for private events, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, fashion shows, corporate events, and more. The renovations to this former metal factory highlight the building’s industrial past, accentuating the original brick walls, large wooden doors and magnificent high ceiling with a skylight.
Packages
We offer all-inclusive event package options. Couples may bring in their own vendors to assist them with making their special day even more memorable. They can also avail of in-house catering, bartending, and other services. On the day of your event, the on-site events staff will take care of setup and cleanup, leaving you to simply enjoy your one-of-a-kind celebration.
The talented culinary specialists can create delicious menus that will satisfy your tastes. Couples have the option of selecting from a wide range of catering services for their rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, or reception. Catering styles include buffet, servers, plated, stations, and hors d’oeuvres. Our bartending services also offer couples the option of an open bar, limited bar, or cash bar at their cocktail hour and reception.
